Men like visual change, they like to be stimulated and see things that are different and constantly moving.  So with that in mind here are a few things that women can try:

1) Always look attractive

2) Find different ways to de-stress daily when you get home

3) Wear sexy lingerie to bed every night

4) Stay in good shape & eat healthy

5) Learn what makes him happy in intimate encounters & come to an agreement that makes you both comfortable

6) Be attentive to his needs and wants

7) Date night must happen either once a week or bi-weekly

Answer: As a recap from our last posting, Men & Women must know that Communication is key! True Love, Romance and Intimacy is built out of communication. You must talk to your partner all the time. Ask what they like and What they want. There is also something specific everyone needs to remember, Men & Women are different.

What Women must know... Men like visual change, they like to be stimulated and see things that are different and constantly moving. So with that in mind, today we will focus on:

ALWAYS LOOK ATTRACTIVE:

I can already hear the groaning. As a woman, I know how hard it can be to look and feel attractive after a long hard, stressful day at work but if you want romance and a great relationship with your partner, you MUST put in the effort, plain & simple. Here are a few suggestions that can help:

1) As soon as you get home from work go directly to your bathroom and have a quick relaxing sensual 15 - 30 minute bubble bath or shower using aromatic bath oils and candles to open your senses. This will help to release tensions of the day and reinvigorate your body.

2) After your bath, caress your body with a sensual aromatic oil, this will help to put you in a sexy frame of mind. Before winding down for bedtime, wear seductive clothing or at the very least something casual but attractive. DO NOT wear sloppy t-shirts with holes, bleached out pants, mismatched pieces, etc. Even if you’re a mother with children find something that will make YOU feel sexy and at the same time will be visually stimulating to your partner. A good example of this - last week on "The View" Elizabeth Hasselbeck showed the audience a mismatched Pajama top & bottom that she wore to bed every night. It was the most tragic looking pieces, and her husband agreed. Apparently, he recently had eye surgery and can now see clearly and was surprised that Elizabeth wore such unattractive nightwear to bed. Two very good things are demonstrated here, 1) Communication - her husband made her aware that he didn't like her nightwear, they discussed the situation and she agreed to wear something different. And, 2) Visual stimulation - as soon as her husband could SEE clearly what she was wearing he was not "visually stimulated" at all and requested a change. So keep this in mind before you jump into bed.

3)You don't have to go overboard, but, fix your hair seductively, wear very light make-up such as a touch of lip gloss/lipstick, and eyeliner and in general look attractive.

4) Spray a very light mist of your favorite perfume over your body & hair, it should not be overpowering. This light smell will stimulate your partner’s senses.

5) Ladies, I don’t care who you are and how many kids you have, but, your nails and feet should ALWAYS look nice! If you can’t afford a weekly manicure & pedicure, do it yourself. Or, ask your partner to help you - use your imagination and turn this into a fun seductive massage of your feet and hands. I also suggest using clear polish if you are unable to touch your nails up during the week. This way your nails will always look clean and manicured.

6) Before going to bed put on sexy lingerie! Take time to look at your body, caress your body with aromatic oils to help get you in the mood. Then make your move to the bed. You are Woman! let him hear your purrrrrr.

7)Overall, everything that you do, YOU must feel good & sexy about it and your partner will sense your confidence. Sexy confidence can be a strong aphrodisiac.
